Chateau de la Messardiere is a luxury four star hotel perched on a hill offering unparalleled view over the gulf of Saint Tropez. The Chateau, built in the 19th century is stunning architecturally and is set in 25 acres of beautiful private gardens. The hotel also features a gourmet restaurant, large pool area, an art gallery and private beach only minutes away.

The hotel features 40 suites and 75 rooms decorated in typically refined chateau style. Bathrooms are either marble or pumice and have separate bath and shower units with twin basins. All of the rooms have balconies or private terraces with views over the surrounding bay and the gardens. Modern amenities include plasma televisions with satellite and free wireless internet access available throughout the hotel.

The gourmet restaurant ‘Les Trois Saisons’ serves creative Mediterranean style cuisine with Oriental touches. There is a large terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining and a 400 strong wine list. Open for dinner only.

The poolside ‘Terra Cotta’ restaurant serves meals from noon to 6, everything from grilled fish and meats to a club sandwich.

The Chateau bar and terrace allows you to enjoy a drink in elegant surroundings with antique furniture, a fireplace and lounge/library. Room service is also at your disposal 24 hours a day.

The Chateau de la Messardiere has a beauty and fitness centre complete with a gym, Turkish Bath, beauty salon and hairdresser. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with sun deck and solarium. The hotel’s private beach ‘Tropezina’ is only a 3 minute drive away and offers numerous watersports and cruises on the hotel´s private yacht. A 24-hour free shuttle service takes you to and from the beach and St Tropez town centre.

For events there are three ideal spaces in the hotel for both business meetings or wedding receptions. An art gallery in the hotel stages exhibitions from internationally acclaimed artists.
