Hotel Hermitage Monte Carlo French Riviera

Hotel Hermitage was built at the turn of the century and has since been registered as a historical monument; it remains a stunning reminder of the ‘Belle Epoque’ period. The hotel is in a prime location a short walk to Casino Square and the exclusive shops of Monte Carlo.

Hotel Hermitage has the complete package with a Michelin star restaurant, direct access to the huge spa and pool at Les Thermes Marins de Monte Carlo, a business centre and privileged access to other Societe des Bains de Mer facilities that include golf, tennis and of course the legendary Casino.

The Hotel Hermitage features 280 rooms enjoying views of either the town and gardens or the sea. The rooms are decorated in a variety of styles some in the Belle Epoque manner, in classic shades of white and blue and some in a more modern style. All of the rooms include a satellite television, dvd player and internet connection. Handicapped and non-smoking rooms are available.

The hotel´s signature restaurant Le Vistamar is headed by the talented chef Joel Garault who has gained the restaurant one star in the Michelin guide. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and specialises in seafood based on the mornings catch.

L´Hirondelle is a restaurant that focuses on tasty dieting with some gourmet healthy meals devised by chef Jacky Oberti. Open for lunch only. The two bars in the hotel are Bar Le Vistamar and The Limun Bar, a bright, open bar where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or appetizers before dinner served with champagne by the glass.

The hotel is part of the Societe des Bains de Mer, run by the state of the Monaco and therefore guests have privileged use of a full range of leisure activities extending from partying at Jimmy´z nightclub, to tennis, golf and of course direct access to one of the most beautiful spas in Europe, Les Thermes Marins de Monte-Carlo.
