Farfalla Restaurant and Bar in Cannes is a darkly lit trendy venue that quite possibly serves the best steaks in town. There is a front bar area where you can come in just for a drink and the main restaurant behind with a cool bar at the back. The food served is simple and delicious, to get an idea, for starters there was foie gras, salmon on toast and a choice of salads, for mains posh burgers, ribs, steaks or what we opted for the Farfalla Beef special for two people served with truffle oil, a choice of sauce (béarnaise for us) and your choice of mash, potato gratin or fries. This is not your luxury, romantic dinner venue but it would be perfect for a boys´ night out or a business dinner and the food isn´t half bad. We would certainly return because those ribs looked too good not to try out.
